Before Tina became a Realtor, she was Vice-President for a Private Equity and Corporate Acquisitions Firm. Her legal background and knowledge has given her the ability to deliver insight to her clients that many Realtors simply do not have. As a Realtor, she is a proven leader. She has served on the Keller Williams – DFW Board of Directors for 3 continuous years. In 2003, Tina was ranked the #1 Agent for the North Texas/New Mexico region of Keller Williams. Recently, the Fort Worth Business Press ranked her best in client satisfaction. Tina is a proud resident of Keller. Her passion for real estate is one shared her entire family. Her husband, John, and son, Anthony, are both members of The Svajda Team. Her daughter, Kristen, is currently attending Texas Christian University and plans to follow in her mother's footsteps of service by becoming a motivational speaker.

Brandi returned to her native Texas in the summer of 2008. Brandi has an extensive background in real estate which began with a successful career in on-site home sales with David Weekley in Orlando, Florida. She earned the title of Rookie of The Year with David Weekley for all of Florida. Brandi has also served as a partner in Camelot Construction. While in Florida, Brandi also met and married her husband, David. They live in North Richland Hills with their two beautiful children, Caleb and Lexi. Brandi's knowledge and experience will prove to make her a strong asset for her client's as they look for their next home.

A graduate of Texas A & M University, John worked in new home sales for over 16 years. In 2006, John earned his real estate license and joined his family on The Svajda Team. John continues to work in on-site sales and contributes insight into the new home market in North Texas. His knowledge and expertise will prove indispensable to you in looking for your next New home. John is a skilled negotiator with a strong commitment to customer service. John’s passions include golf and traveling.

Anthony Svajda - Marketing Consultant (817)247-7588

Anthony’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident at an early age. Throughout high school, he successfully owned and operated his own landscaping business. At the age of 16, he began working in on-site sales for one of the Nation’s top new home builders. Anthony worked as a Buyer’s Agent and earned the designation of a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. In 2009, he made the decision to follow his love of new home sales and transitioned back to working with top home builders. Anthony’s Real Estate experience and love for marketing gives him the knowledge and numerous outlets to help The Svajda Team market homes effectively. Anthony lives in Keller with his wife Kristen and boxers, Zoe and Wrex. He is an active member of his church and community.
